SAP continues to highlight SAP Customer Loyalty Management, the highly anticipated loyalty solution, at this year’s SAP Sapphire. Coming out in the second half of 2025, this solution promises to deliver customer-centric loyalty programs that are personal, experiential, and relevant.

Part of the SAP Customer Experience portfolio, it not only integrates with existing commerce ecosystems but with the full CX stack – making loyalty a core focus of every customer interaction.
