Growing Together: How NETCONOMY Fosters a Culture of Continuous Learning and Development

At NETCONOMY, we don’t just give our people room for growth. We also motivate them to take charge of their development. Our dedicated Learning & Development ecosystem takes care of our education offer, handles training requests, and drives knowledge-sharing within the company.

Updated 24 August 2026

In the fast-paced and ever-evolving landscape of digital experience and technology, a company’s strongest asset is not just the solutions it builds, but the minds that create them. At NETCONOMY, continuous learning is not just a perk listed in a job description – it is a core organisational priority and the very foundation of our people-first culture. We believe that providing our team members with the space, resources, and guidance to grow professionally and personally is the key to driving impactful initiatives and delivering sustainable digital futures.

Whether you are a fresh graduate entering our Talent Lab traineeship program or a professional stepping into a new role, our comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem is built to support your unique career journey. Here is an overview of how we nurture potential, accelerate career growth, and embrace the power of shared expertise:

Educational Portfolio

In close collaboration with people leads, our People Enablement team is enabling individual learning tracks and suggesting optimal training courses for each role and every career level. From on-demand training to address specific skillset gaps, to participating in international conferences, we support our colleagues in staying at the absolute forefront of industry trends. To ensure employees can learn new topics daily, we provide corporate accounts with access to a vast variety of online learning platforms. We actively encourage our colleagues to obtain industry-leading certifications to validate their expertise in cutting-edge platforms and advance their career.

Internal Knowledge Base

Continuous growth starts with easy access to information. Our internal knowledge base contains hundreds of resources in the form of (e-)books, session recordings, self-study courses and other learning materials that are available to all our employees. Whether they are looking for technical deep dives into SAP Customer Experience and cloud platforms or wanting to sharpen their soft skills and leadership strategies, our library has them covered.

Internal Knowledge Exchange

Internal knowledge exchange is deeply embedded in our daily work and company tradition. We foster a strong culture of collaboration by encouraging colleagues to share their expertise, experiences, and best practices with one another. Through a variety of regular internal formats – including peer-to-peer workshops, Speaker’s Corners, AI Knowledge Sharing Sessions, and Coding Dojos – we create opportunities for continuous learning, inspiration, and professional growth.

Our Onboarding Program

Joining a new company is a daunting task – there is so much information to take in, and let’s not get started on all the new names and faces to remember. To help new colleagues get started, we developed a comprehensive onboarding program.

We believe great onboarding is about both head and heart. New joiners begin with an onboarding experience in the heart of Graz, Austria, and continue through a mix of hybrid sessions, well-organised self-study, and on-site moments to get to know their colleagues. Through department-specific mentoring, they experience both deep knowledge transfer and lasting personal connections – everything they need for a successful start at NETCONOMY.

The Leadership Curriculum

Stepping into a leadership role is a significant milestone, but it also requires a shift in mindset, skills, and behaviours. At NETCONOMY, we believe that great leadership is made through intentional effort, continuous study, and structured support. To ensure our team leads are fully equipped to guide their direct reports effectively, we have established a dedicated Leadership Curriculum program. This educational program is specifically designed to support colleagues during their first years in a leadership role. It focuses on the human side of leadership, ensuring that our leads are highly empathetic, supportive, and communicative partners.

Professional Coaching & Mental Well-Being

Personal growth is about both professional development and personal well-being. To support our colleagues throughout their journey, we offer a range of consulting and counselling services, including internal and external coaching, as well as workplace psychological counselling available to everyone at NETCONOMY. These services provide a safe and confidential space for reflection, growth, and navigating challenges and goals.

Shaping IT Talents: The Talent Lab

Building young talents is a core focus for us. Next to organising special training sessions for junior roles, our experienced colleagues and experts are seamlessly integrated into our Talent Lab program for starters in the IT industry.

The program contains a customised set of trainings and hands-on workshops, and was awarded the “Best traineeship” award by the Empple employer branding festival in Serbia. Our unique program offers a supportive, safe space to learn in for three months, where participants dive into real customer projects with the goal of growing into a long-term role. At NETCONOMY, we believe that an investment in our people is an investment in our shared future. By combining structured leadership programs, an easily accessible internal knowledge base, a robust portfolio of cutting-edge training, and a deeply collaborative sharing culture, we ensure that our team is always ready to tackle the digital challenges of tomorrow.
