Tomorrow Now: Celebrating NETCONOMY’s First Customer Summit

NETCONOMY was proud to host our first-ever Customer Summit, with the goal of bringing together leading voices from tech and business to discuss innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation strategies, and hyper-personalization.

Set at the CX Innovation Hub, NETCONOMY brought together leading voices from tech and business to discuss innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation strategies, and hyper-personalization.

Attendees were able to participate through two primary tracks – Business and Technology — through a series of keynote presentations, insightful panel discussions, and interactive sessions. The event featured speakers from NETCONOMY, as well as our partners from SAP, Google, and Coveo. These experts offered real-world examples of how organizations are adapting to rapid changes in consumer behavior and technology.

Key topics included how AI and machine learning are reshaping customer interactions, the importance of scalable digital solutions, and strategies for driving innovation in the digital landscape.

The event’s focus on practical application allowed participants to gain insights that can be immediately implemented within their own enterprises.

The networking portion provided an opportunity for professionals to exchange ideas, form strategic partnerships, and explore collaborative opportunities. With many chances for knowledge-sharing and discussions, the event created an environment for both thought leadership and actionable takeaways.

Following the event, participants were invited to relax and socialize while creating their own authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, under the expert guidance of a skilled pizzaiolo.

We are beyond proud of how the first NETCONOMY Customer Summit turned out and are looking forward to an even bigger and better event next year.
