Join us for the third edition of our annual gathering on 8 October 2026, where we’ll discuss the future of customer experience, agentic AI, and the autonomous enterprise.

Now in its third year, we designed the event for executives and managers who prioritize clarity over chasing trends and buzzwords. We bring together business leaders, technology innovators, and industry experts to address the complex architectural and operational questions of the modern enterprise.
This year’s summit moves the focus toward creating an autonomous enterprise of tomorrow: building a unified data foundation, leveraging end-to-end agentic workflows safely, and designing a digital core capable of sustained, agile growth.
The Afternoon Experience: Embracing a New Perspective
To shake things up and foster fresh thinking, the afternoon session moves from our CX Innovation Hub to the historic Vienna Prater, located just 10 minutes away.
We are taking over the private cabins of the iconic Giant Ferris Wheel (Wiener Riesenrad) for a series of exclusive, high-impact impulse sessions.
How the rotation works:
- Curated Small Groups: To keep conversations highly focused and valuable, guests will be divided into four small peer groups.
- Three Private Rides: Each group will embark on three separate 15-minute rides in dedicated private cabins, for a high-impact impulse talk led by an industry expert.
- The Ground-Level Lounge: Between rotations, our ground-level lounge serves as a relaxed place for networking, refreshments, and deeper discussion with colleagues.
This structure allows us to trade standard presentation slides for high-density, high-value conversations in a unique and focused setting.
