NETCONOMY Is Taking Part in SAP KonsumKompass 2026 in Berlin

NETCONOMY is excited to be one of only three SAP partners to take part in KonsumKompass 2026 – a flagship event for leaders in retail, CPG, and wholesale industries.

“CX makes your business more sexy.”

It’s not every day you see a theme like that for a B2B industry event, and we think it’s refreshingly direct. For over 20 years, that’s exactly what we’ve been focused on: helping brands move away from impersonal customer interactions and build digital platforms that delight. The kind that feel intuitive, personal, and deliver real value.

This is why we are particularly pleased to be at the SAP KonsumKompass 2026 on 20 and 21 January in Berlin. This is a key event for leaders in retail, consumer goods, and wholesale to explore what’s next in the “Beauty & Lifestyle” sectors.

NETCONOMY is one of only three SAP partners present at the event. “The SAP KonsumKompass is where CX truly roCX. An event where every year our customers, our partners and SAP come together to share latest trade and consumer products industry knowledge, strengthen collaboration and inspiring innovation. Through valuable partnerships like the one with NETCONOMY, ideas evolve and turn into excellent customer experience and success.” said Carsten Obermeier (Director Customer Success – Customer Experience Germany Retail & CPG) from SAP.

This is a big honour for us, and one we feel is a natural fit as this is precisely our area of expertise. That is why we will also be presenting a session on building brand love through omnichannel customer loyalty, together with our customer, Migros. It’s a fantastic opportunity to share real-world insights from one of Europe’s leading retailers.

Our Customer Director Daniel Reicher will be on the ground with our team: I’m genuinely proud that NETCONOMY is one of only three partners selected for KonsumKompass, and having the opportunity to present on two critical topics –loyalty with Migros and the future of AI in commerce – is a testament to our incredible team and our 20-year partnership with SAP. I can’t wait being back in Berlin to connect with industry leaders and show them how we’re turning CX into a tangible, profitable strategy.”

Daniel will also join our Digital Strategy Consulting Lead, Manuela Fritzl for another session: “Talk Data to Me: How to attract AI buyers.” They’ll explore how agentic AI is reshaping digital commerce and what it takes to make your product data discoverable, desirable, and ready for autonomous shoppers.

If you’re coming to KonsumKompass, we’d love to connect. Daniel, Manuela, and our team will be there and are happy to discuss your specific challenges over a coffee. We look forward to seeing you there.

Seats are limited so if you’re a retailer from Germany this is an event you shouldn’t miss – make sure you save your spot on time. If you’d like to reach out beforehand, feel free to get in touch and connect with Daniel and Manuela on LinkedIn.
