Heapcon 2023: Connecting with Serbian Tech Talents

Heapcon is a big regional tech conference that happens every year in Belgrade. It’s a gathering spot for software engineers and tech enthusiasts, providing a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and showcasing innovative solutions and technologies to more than 700 attendees! It’s a great place to learn new things, meet new people, and check out some really cool tech innovations.

As in previous years, the two-day event was packed with insightful talks by industry experts, panel discussions, and workshops covering a wide range of topics from software development to digital innovation. At our booth, we were not just representing NETCONOMY, but we were there to interact, learn, and collaborate. Our team on site  – consisting of recruiters, product owners, and software developers –  was there to share insights about our work culture, ongoing projects, and the technologies we work with.

The setup of our booth was a reflection of our brand and its roots. The branding showcased mountains, a nod to our headquarters in Graz and Austria’s renowned mountainous landscape. This theme not only depicted our origin but also symbolized the heights we aspire to reach in the tech world.
