Working Student (f/m/x) with Focus on Travel Management (20 - 25 hours/week)

YOUR JOB

As a Working Student (f/m/x) within the Office & Facility department with a focus on travel management, you support day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth execution of administrative processes as well as travel management activities. In this role, you also serve as a point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and external partners.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Active support of the Travel Management team in booking travel, processing travel expense reports, and organizing and planning group trips

  • Assistance in fleet management and coordination of all organizational matters related to company vehicles in Austria and Germany

  • Administrative support of the international 11-person team, including data maintenance as well as the creation and processing of various documents (e.g., scanning and forwarding files)

  • Support in front office activities – in particular welcoming and assisting visitors, organizing catering, and collaborating with suppliers and service providers – contributing significantly to the satisfaction of all employees at the site

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail as well as receiving phone calls and forwarding information

YOUR SKILLS

  • Ongoing studies

  • Interest in gaining first professional experience in a corporate environment

  • Ideally initial experience in travel management, office management, or a comparable administrative role

  • Very good IT-skills

  • Service-oriented and communicative personality with a professional demeanor

  • Independent, structured, and careful working style, combined with a high level of reliability and strong organizational skills

  • Good communication skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 31,304 for this position.
