Student employee in Controlling (m/f/d) with 12-20 hours/week

YOUR JOB

In addition to your business studies, you will gain (initial) professional experience with us and put your expert knowledge from your studies into practice. Through your participation in our 2-3 year trainee program, you will become acquainted with the various operations within our controlling department and establish yourself as a long-term member of our team.

After your onboarding, our 4-member controlling team will show you the ropes you will soon call the following tasks your own:

  • Collaboration in the preparation of the monthly group-wide digital invoice for the D-A-CH region, the rolling forecast and the month-end close
  • Support in cost and performance controlling and reporting to management
  • Collaboration in ongoing business analyses and ad-hoc evaluations
  • Insights into the areas of transfer pricing, risk management, and sustainability reporting (ESG)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Ongoing business studies with a relevant focus (management accounting, corporate accounting or similar)
  • Affinity for IT and numbers
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Curiosity to learn about digital finance processes in an international company
  • Accurate and reliable way of working
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2 level)

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 31,864 gross/year for this position.
