YOUR JOB

As an Office & Travel Management Specialist (f/m/x), you are an important part of our team and take ownership of ensuring smooth operations across Office, Travel and Fleet Management. You independently coordinate administrative and organizational processes, keep track of multiple tasks, and serve as a key point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and external partners. Contract type: fixed-term until at least June 2028.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

Independently managing travel arrangements, including travel bookings, expense claims, and the planning of group trips
Coordinating and overseeing fleet management, ensuring the smooth operation of company vehicles
Independently handling administrative tasks for our international team, including data maintenance, documentation, scanning, and forwarding documents
Managing front office operations, including reception, hospitality, and coordination with suppliers
Acting as the central point of contact for colleagues regarding organizational and administrative matters
Taking responsibility for incoming and outgoing mail, as well as answering and forwarding phone calls

YOUR SKILLS

Completed commercial or business-related education
3+ years of professional experience in travel, office and/or fleet management
Valid driving licence (Category B)
Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
Independent and proactive approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
Careful, structured and reliable working style, with a strong eye for detail

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 44,170 for this position.
