New Commerce Platform Live at Douglas Perfumery Switzerland

NETCONOMY is proud to announce the go-live of the new Commerce Platform for Douglas Perfumery in Switzerland. Further rollouts will be performed one by one in other markets. Having a footprint as one of the largest projects built on SAP Commerce Cloud, the new platform sets the starting point in enhancing the customer journey and providing a personalized 1:1 experience across all channels.

The go-live is a result of the committed work of a joint team and a strong collaboration between the customer and NETCONOMY. The new platform is fully built on SAP Commerce Cloud with a significant use of Microservices and a headless frontend. SAP Customer Data Cloud is implemented to nurture trusted relationships with customers by providing them better control over the data. Thanks to loyalty components and deep omnichannel process integration, the platform enables a holistic customer journey and builds enriched customer profiles for personalized experiences.
