Working Student (f/m/x) in Office & Travel Management

YOUR JOB

As the working student, you will play a crucial role in supporting your colleagues on site and the international office team.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Working part-time (20 hours per week) in Belgrade’s office

  • Supporting our international team in the administrative area, enter data and do various documentations (e.g. scanning of offers and documents)

  • Actively working in the front office (reception, hospitality, cooperation with suppliers, etc.)

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and answering calls

  • Accepting deliveries, checking delivery notes, telephone service, and reception

  • Assisting our facility and travel management as well as the central purchasing department

  • Conducting timely and cost-conscious organization of flights, hotel, rental cars, trains, etc., supporting bigger group bookings, and process travel expense reporting

  • Supporting organization of facility management on-site (coordination of craftsmen services, on-site operations)

  • Ordering office necessities in alignment with purchasing department, including offer requesting, communication with supplier and checking delivery note
