Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

If you are a born “Hunter” and are keen to approach new leads and not let a no get you down, then this will be the ideal career challenge for you. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers while working on building long-term and trusting relationships with potential customers.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Identifying potential customers (B2B) and targeting the various decision-makers at senior level (purchasing, sales, logistics, IT), from the CRM or through internet research, both by telephone, email, and social selling
  • Developing and implementing strategies for outbound lead generation in close coordination with your team lead
  • Making contact with potential customers through cold calling, emails, and social selling on business networks
  • Determining the customer’s needs and positioning customized solutions
  • Entering the data into our CRM to enable a seamless transition to VP Sales
  • Scaling the SDR function as one of the first outbound SDRs in the team to take us to the next level
  • In the long term, we offer the opportunity to develop within the team!


  • A degree in business administration (eg. university, university of applied sciences, vocational training) is beneficial
  • Sales experience in the service and/or software industry
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, individually adaptable to different stakeholders
  • Ability to explain complex things in a simple and customer-oriented way
  • Ability to work in a team, sales-typical endurance as well as goal orientation, enthusiasm, and passion
  • Absolute hunter mentality – you are thriving in acquisition pursuits
  • Proactive and responsible way of working
  • Good digital & technical understanding required

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. We also offer a variable component in the remuneration model.
