YOUR JOB

You are the first and most important point of contact for prospective enterprise customers. Through compelling and targeted pitches, you spark the interest of department heads and C-level decision-makers from the very first conversation. Your mission is to identify customer needs through smart outreach and strong technical understanding, and to generate highly qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Join our four-person Marketing & Sales team in Graz!

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies in collaboration with the Team Lead

  • Identify and engage B2B decision-makers across IT, Procurement, Legal, HR, and Logistics using CRM systems, Dealfront, and independent research

  • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling on professional networking platforms

  • Present and pitch the Goldright solution directly to C-level executives at selected target accounts that have been identified through a specialized platform and pre-qualified as promising business opportunities

  • Qualify sales opportunities and hand them over to Account Executives once initial interest has been established

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure a smooth handover throughout the sales process

  • Support the entire sales cycle and manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

  • Help build, optimize, and further develop the SDR function within the team

YOUR SKILLS

  • First Sales experience in the service and/or software industry

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders

  • The ability to explain complex concepts simply and present them in a customer-oriented manner

  • Team player with typical sales resilience, goal orientation, enthusiasm, and passion

  • Absolute “Hunter” mentality – you genuinely enjoy the hunt for new business

  • Proactive and responsible way of working

  • Strong digital and technical understanding is required

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 44,170 gross/year for this position.
