YOUR JOB

As a Program Manager (m/f/d) you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic, large-scale, cross-functional programs and support other key initiatives related to customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution, adhering to our program management standards and processes.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders by providing regular reports, maintaining stakeholder maps, and ensuring effective communication throughout the program lifecycle
  • Acting as the primary tactical driver of customer engagement, leading the program to meet client expectations and strategic goals
  • Overseeing customer satisfaction by consistently gathering feedback and contributing to improvements, while proactively addressing any concerns
  • Planning and managing the program roadmap and milestones in close collaboration with the client and the internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines
  • Leading the escalation management, resolving issues and ensuring smooth project delivery by understanding the status of each project phase as well as each stream within the program
  • Monitoring and managing key KPIs, ensuring the program meets its objectives while overseeing forecasting and billing accuracy across the entire project
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, working closely with clients to advise on new features, epics, or products, and contributing to the creation of offers

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of work experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Project Manager
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 levels) and German (C2 levels)
  • Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with business aspects related to project management
  • Open, communicative, and balanced personality
  • Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 15% of working hours)

Beneficial Skills

  • Work experience as Program Manager
  • Completed studies in the field of software or business (TU, FH or similar)
  • Experience with technical frameworks in the area of Customer Experience, Web and Mobile and a basic technical understanding in the dedicated area
  • Economic responsibility in a project
  • Practical experience with agile methods such as Scrum

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 60, 844 gross/year for this position.
