YOUR JOB

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge machine learning solutions. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of intelligent systems that solve complex problems and enhance our business capabilities.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Designing and implementing machine learning models, solutions, and pipelines to address business challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, providing technical expertise, and delivering scalable and robust solutions
  • Conducting research and evaluation of emerging machine learning techniques
  • Working independently on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Conducting direct client communication to understand their needs and tailor machine learning solutions accordingly 

YOUR SKILLS  


Essential Skills: 

  • 3+ years of experience in core machine learning work in the industry
  • Extensive knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS or Azure), including ready to use AI services, AutoML approaches, and custom model development
  • Proficiency in Generative AI/LLMs, with expertise in prompt engineering, embeddings, LangChain, vector databases, grounding, and other relevant concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on PoCs
  • Strong and assertive communication skills 
  • Proven experience in research and evaluation of machine learning technologies

Beneficial Skills: 

  • Extensive knowledge of Cloud (Gen)AI offerings on GCP
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes
  • A/B testing expertise
  • Experience with implementing robust strategies for monitoring and maintaining machine learning models in a production environment
  • Passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in machine learning
