Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

YOUR JOB 

In this role, you´ll develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that guide prospects from initial contact to conversion. You’ll lead multi-channel campaign planning and optimization, leverage HubSpot automation and AI-powered tools, and analyze performance data to drive growth and deliver measurable results.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies focused on generating high-quality leads

  • Planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., paid social, email, content marketing, events) to drive sales and contribute to overall business growth

  • Driving continuous improvement in campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing of various elements (e.g. landing pages, ad copy, targeting) and applying user experience best practices

  • Configuring and managing automated marketing workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads and personalize customer experiences

  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team (content creators, designers and ad specialists) and Business Evolution team to ensure aligned messaging, seamless lead handoff and achievement of lead generation objectives

  • Monitoring and managing marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns deliver optimal ROI and adhere to established cost-effectiveness targets

  • Leveraging AI-powered tools to innovate campaign strategies, personalize campaign messaging and enhance performance tracking and analysis

  • Analyzing campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and various Ads Managers, and developing comprehensive reports with actionable insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies

YOUR SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role, preferably with a proven track record of successful lead generation (agency experience or experience in a fast-scaling environment is a plus)

  • Exceptional ability to plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns with clearly defined lead generation objectives and measurable KPIs

  • Creative mindset for developing compelling campaigns that capture audience attention and drive high-quality leads

  • Proven experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies

  • Advanced proficiency in analyzing marketing data and generating actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and ad managers such as Google, Facebook or LinkedIn

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot (or similar)

  • Comfortable exploring and implementing AI tools to enhance campaign ideation, execution and optimization

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and maximize impact

  • Strong communication skills in English
