Your job’s key responsibilities are:

Developing and executing targeted demand generation strategies to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) aligned with sales targets

Owning and managing lead generation campaigns across key channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) focusing on CPL, MQL-to-SAL conversion rates, and ultimately, pipeline contribution

Optimizing the entire lead funnel, from initial capture (e.g., landing pages, forms) through nurturing sequences to sales handoff, using A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques

Collaborating intensely with the sales team to ensure tight alignment on lead quality definitions, scoring, handoff processes, and feedback loops for continuous improvement

Leveraging marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) to build sophisticated nurturing programs that qualify leads and move them efficiently through the funnel

Utilizing data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM data) to track full-funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, report on ROI, and inform strategic pivots

Managing and optimizing paid media budgets specifically for lead generation goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)

Maintaining and enhancing foundational SEO practices to support inbound lead generation

Exploring and implementing AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency for lead generation
YOUR SKILLS
-
3+ years in a marketing role, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment with B2B clients with 2+ years of direct experience in Google Ads management and performance-driven campaign execution

Proven ability to plan, manage and take responsibility for marketing campaigns with clear goals in mind

Creative thinking to develop content and campaigns that capture attention and drive action

Deep understanding of the Google ecosystem, including Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEO

Experience in working with LinkedIn Campaign Manager is beneficial

Confidence in analyzing data and tracking performance to improve conversion rates through testing and user feedback

Experience with industry-standard tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar
-
Organized and able to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively with colleagues and teams to align marketing efforts and optimize results

Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2 level), as well as presentation and copywriting skills

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full-time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 53,802 for this position.
