Business Evolution Manager (m/f/d)

As Business Evolution Manager, you will work closely with our global partners to generate new leads and opportunities. With your communicative and convincing manner, you will win new customers and maintain existing relationships with our business partners SAP and Google.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Playing the role of an interface in partner management: Close customer collaboration to ensure that our partners’ products are smoothly integrated into the individual solutions for the customer

  • Conducting customer meetings and coordinating the dialogue with relevant target groups during the entire go-to-market process for the customer’s individual IT solution (e-commerce, platform, dashboards, etc.)
  • Preparing presentations and documents for the sales process
  • Coordinating the dialogue within the sales process with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Preparing for and debriefing sales events in collaboration with our partners
  • Working on internal projects to continuously improve and increase the efficiency of the department
  • Maintaining internal and external reporting on CRM


  • Sales experience in the service industry
  • Enthusiasm for the topic of customer experience
  • High IT affinity
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 level)
  • Proactive way of working and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and high self-motivation
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of working time)

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 42.000 gross/year for this position.
