YOUR JOB

As a Associate SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant, you will start your career in building modern ERP solutions that serve as the backbone of our clients’ digital business models.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and learn how to design and implement end-to-end business processes in ERP, based on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Over time, you will have the opportunity to specialize in either Retail, Industry Cloud or Manufacturing, depending on your interests and strengths.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of business processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

  • Assisting in workshops, documentation, and requirement analysis together with senior consultants 

  • Learning how to configure SAP systems (Customizing) based on business needs 

  • Supporting testing, go-live, and rollout activities 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (business, tech, data) 

  • Gradually taking ownership of smaller topics and process areas 

  • Continuously learning about ERP, business processes, and SAP technologies 

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills

  • Degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or comparable practical experience) 

  • Strong interest in business processes and ERP systems 

  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn 

  • Strong communication skills in English (min. B2 level)

  • Motivation to work in an agile and collaborative environment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)  

Beneficial Skills

  • Initial exposure to SAP or business process tools 

  • Interest in either: 

    • Retail (e-commerce, customer processes) 

    • Manufacturing (production, supply chain)

    • Industry Cloud

  • Basic technical understanding (e.g. APIs, data flows)
