YOUR JOB

As Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Using modern leadership, grounded in agile values, you lead teams, foster trust and collaboration, and create the conditions for high performance and reliable delivery. This unique position requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt your approaches depending on the project environment.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

Setting up and maintaining a clear and effective collaboration environment, establishing roles, events, artefacts, and communication channels
Keeping stakeholders aligned on project progress, changes and outcomes to ensure transparency.
Working closely with Product/Project Leads to define deliverables that align with business objectives
Guiding teams in Agile practices and principles to foster continuous improvement in delivery processes
Identifying, managing and mitigating risks and dependencies to safeguard successful project outcomes
Overseeing epic prioritization, tracking progress and measuring outcomes/ delivery (KPIs). Focusing on delivering measurable business value
Assembling and supporting cross-functional teams to drive efficient and successful project execution
Promoting a culture of learning, accountability and improvement, driving enhancements in the delivery process and embracing feedback

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills

3+ years in Scrum Master and/or Delivery Manager roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
Expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Leadership, organizational, and planning skills with a focus on continuous improvement and a people-centered approach
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships
Problem-solving and time-management skills, especially in removing obstacles to drive business value
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
Fluent German and English skills
Flexibility to travel as needed (10-20%)

Beneficial Skills

Certification in Scrum (CSM or PSM) or Agile methodologies is a plus
