About the Event
We’re excited to once again host an Agile International Graz event, a vibrant community that fosters insightful and engaging conversations around agile topics while connecting people from around the world through a hybrid format. This time, join us either onsite at our Graz office or remotely from wherever you are. All participants will be connected via livestream, enjoy a keynote presentation by Ebru Bozarslan Eder and have plenty of opportunities to mingle with fellow agile enthusiasts.
The keynote “Motivate. Support. Trust: Bringing Agile’s 5th Principle to Life” by Ebru Bozarslan Eder explores how trust, support, and motivation drive team success. Drawing from real-world experience, it presents a leadership approach that empowers teams, fosters autonomy, and offers practical insights for agile leaders and practitioners.

- 18:30 – Keynote: Listen to Ebru’s keynote, “Motivate. Support. Trust: Bringing Agile’s 5th Principle to Life” and discover a new, impactful approach to agile methodology that promises lasting results.
- 19:30 – Q&A session: Bring your questions about Ebrus’ talk or other agile topics, and join an engaging discussion with fellow attendees.
- Till 22:00 – Social Time: Stay for informal mingling, deepening connections with both new and longtime members of the Agile International Graz community.
