The Traineeship Program

Each year, we are gathering talented young individuals for a three-month traineeship program starting in September. With our program, we offer comprehensive training in the field of Software Development.

The Talent Lab includes a special set of training and workshops, mentoring from experienced colleagues, and getting a glimpse of what a real-world software development project looks like. Our goal is to offer you a job at NETCONOMY after successfully completing the traineeship program.

Who Are Our Ideal Candidates?

You are a recent graduate or in the final phase of your studies (Software Development, IT, Business Informatics or Business Administration with IT-focus), willing to enter the professional work-life at NETCONOMY in one of the two roles described below
You are interested in software development projects and agile frameworks
You are a communicative person who likes working autonomously as well as in a team
Your English skills are at an advanced level (minimum B2)
You enjoy contact with clients and are willing to occasionally travel across Europe
You are curious and eager to learn and grow

What Will You Learn About?

You will learn about good practices of software development processes and software design
You will find out how to work with modern Java technologies and frameworks
You get to know state-of-the-art web frontend technologies
Gain insight into the daily business of software developers on a project and learn about agile methodologies such as SCRUM
Gain first practical experience by taking over tasks and small projects as part of the training in a protected learning environment
You will be proactively supported by our experienced colleagues

How Does It Work?

3-month traineeship at NETCONOMY in Belgrade, Graz and Vienna
Full-time / 5 days
A mixture of lectures by experienced colleagues, practical insights into projects, and self-study time
A great working environment with a positive team spirit
Laptop and additional equipment provided by NETCONOMY
Cool office locations, group sports benefits and stuff to play around with (e.g. pool billard)
