The Traineeship Program

Each year, we are gathering talented young individuals for a three-month traineeship program starting in February. With our program, we offer comprehensive training in the field of Software Development.

The Talent Lab includes a special set of training and workshops, mentoring from experienced colleagues, and getting a glimpse of what a real-world software development project looks like. Our goal is to offer you a job at NETCONOMY after successfully completing the traineeship program.

Who Are Our Ideal Candidates?

You are a recent graduate or in the final phase of your studies (IT, Business Informatics or Business Administration with IT-focus), willing to enter the professional work-life at NETCONOMY in one of the two roles described below
You are interested in software development projects and agile frameworks
You are a communicative person who likes working autonomously as well as in a team
Your English skills are at an advanced level (C1-C2)
You enjoy contact with clients and are willing to travel (15%)
You are curious and eager to learn and grow

What Will You Learn About?

You will learn about good practices of software development processes and software design
You will find out how to work with modern Java technologies and frameworks
You get to know state-of-the-art web frontend technologies
Gain insight into the daily business of software developer on a project and learn about agile methodologies such as SCRUM
Gain first practical experience by taking over tasks and small projects as part of the training in a protected learning environment
You will be proactively supported by our experienced coaches and inhouse trainers from our NETCADEMY

How Does It Work?

3-month traineeship at NETCONOMY in Belgrade and Novi Sad
40 working hours per week / 5 days
A mixture of lectures by experienced colleagues, practical insights into projects, and self-study time
A great working environment with a positive team spirit
Laptop and mobile provided by NETCONOMY
Cool office locations, discounts at our partner companies, group sports beneftis and stuff to play around with (e.g. pool billard)

The Roles You Can Explore

Junior Frontend Developer

As a Frontend developer at NETCONOMY you will implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
You will work with technologies like React, Angular Node.js, SASS, and TypeScript
You will create modern, high-performance web solutions
You will support browser and performance optimization

Junior Backend Developer

As a Backend developer at NETCONOMY you will be responsible for specifying and designing optimal technical solutions and taking care of documentation
You will work with established frameworks and platforms like Spring and SAP Commerce
You will help with database modeling and optimization
You will develop innovative and sustainable software solutions with agile methods (SCRUM)
