Solution Architect (m/f/d) for digital platforms

YOUR JOB

  • You create individual e-commerce concepts for our national and international customers (e.g. Douglas or Blue Tomato). The focus is on an optimal customer experience
  • You support our sales department with your technical expertise and thus play a significant role in the company’s success
  • You develop detailed solutions together with the customer in an interdisciplinary team
  • Together with the customer and colleagues, you implement the customer vision and strategy and experience the project progress first-hand
  • You are a first mover when it comes to new trends and innovative solutions and we appreciate it when you actively bring in your ideas
  • You advise our customers on both operational and strategic matters related to the digital platform and customer experience
  • You plan and lead workshops with our customers and you are the contact person when it comes to solution concepts.

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree with reference to IT or a technical focus
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the area of customer experience / e-commerce
  • With your IT skills (web, databases and APIs) you take the concepts to a new level
  • You are a creative personality with strong communication and presentation skills and assertiveness
  • You have a high willingness to learn and the ability to familiarize yourself with new technologies and tools
  • Your German and English language skills are business fluent (at least level B2)
  • You have a basic willingness to travel within Europe (1-2 days/month) and enjoy working in an intercultural environment
