SAP Consultant for Service Cloud (m/f/d)

YOUR JOB

As an SAP Consultant you are responsible for advising new and existing customers on both operative and strategic levels. In this process you will work with the SAP newly developed Intelligent Service Cloud.

Your job´s key responsibilities are:

• Accompanying customers from the pre-sales phase, through solution design, to the implementation in the project
• Preparing the problem space together with the customer in workshops: documenting and analyzing the requirements, as well as transforming them into innovative solutions
• Configuring and adapting the SAP Intelligent Service Cloud according to the solution concept
• Integrating the SAP Intelligent Service Cloud in the customer´s existing system landscape
• Pursuing integrated solutions with other customer experience products and ERP-systems

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in the implementation and configuration of the SAP Service Cloud 
• Strong technical understanding
• Solid knowledge about cloud technologies as well as business processes in customer service and sales
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (min. B2 levels)
• Strong intercultural competences and a willingness to travel (approx. 15% to 20% of your working time)
• Ability to break down complex issues and communicate them clearly and understandably (for example, in conducting customer training)
• SAP Service Cloud certification

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. Therefore, you can expect a salary that ranges between € 70,000 and € 85,000 gross/year.
