SAP Consultant for Service/Sales Cloud (m/f/d)

YOUR JOB

  • You advise new and existing customers on business and technical issues at operational and strategic levels in the area of CRM for the products SAP Intelligent Service Cloud and/or SAP Intelligent Sales Cloud
  • You accompany customers from the pre-sales phase, through solution design to implementation in the project
  • You have an understanding of working out the problem environment with the customer in workshops, taking in and analyzing the requirements, and transforming them into innovative solutions.
  • You configure and adapt the SAP Intelligent Service Cloud and/or SAP Intelligent Sales Cloud according to the created solution concept
  • You design concepts for the integration of the SAP Intelligent Service Cloud and/or SAP Intelligent Sales Cloud into the existing system landscape of the customer
  • You think outside the box and strive for integrated solutions to the other customer experience products and ERP systems

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP Service Cloud and/or SAP Sales Cloud
  • You have a strong technical understanding, knowledge of cloud technologies and in-depth knowledge of business processes in customer service and sales
  • You have in-depth knowledge of customizing and extending SAP cloud solutions and ideally, you have a SAP Service or Sales Cloud certification
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with customers and conducting trainings
  • You have strong problem solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into customized solutions
  • Your German and English language skills are business fluent 
  • You have a basic willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

Note in accordance with §9 Abs. 2 GlBG: The minimum monthly salary is € 3.551 / month when employed full-time as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. The actual salary is between € 4,000.00 and € 5,000.00 gross/month for full-time employment, depending on education, qualifications and experience.
