Office Administrator (m/f/d) with focus on Travelmanagement

Austria - Graz


  • You actively support the travel management team with travel bookings, travel expense reports and the planning of larger group trips
  • You are active in the fleet management and coordinate everything around the company vehicles
  • You support our international team in the administrative area, enter data and create various documentations (e.g. scanning and forwarding documents)
  • You actively work in the front office (reception, hospitality, cooperation with suppliers, etc.)
  • You are the first point of contact for colleagues
  • You handle incoming and outgoing mail and answer calls


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the field of travel and/or office management
  • You know MS Office very well
  • You speak very good English (at least level B2) and fluent German (level C1)
  • You are able to work independently and take on tasks on your own initiative
  • You perform your tasks with a high degree of accuracy and reliability

Note in accordance with §9 Abs. 2 GlBG: The minimum monthly salary is € 2.223 / month when employed full-time as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. The actual salary depends on experience, qualification and education.
