YOUR JOB

• You are actively responsible for the management of customer projects in the area of digital solutions on a strategic and tactical level
• You build successful long-term relationships with our customers, and you discover new business opportunities
• You ensure that NETCONOMY becomes a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the client
• Your focus is to create constant business value by developing strategic roadmaps and setting the strategic and tactical direction with our clients
• You establish systems and platforms for focused collaboration and problem solving to drive results internally and externally
• You get things done proactively and create value
• You work in an international team and help to implement innovative, sustainable solutions for international customers

YOUR SKILLS

• You have professional experience in both project and program management, especially with enterprise customers and CX focus
• You are experienced in large-scale software development projects (also familiar with scaling-frameworks such as SaFE, LeSS)
• You work in a customer-oriented way, and you can build and develop customer relationships systematically
• You have a strong understanding of projects and processes alike (you understand the big picture)
• You are a systematic, structured person and an expert in self-management
• Your presentation, argumentation and communication skills are outstanding (you are able to tell a convincing story, clear and focused to the point)
• Your German and English skills are business fluent (Level C1)

Note in accordance with §9 Abs. 2 GlBG: The minimum monthly salary is € 3.551 / month when employed full-time as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. The actual salary depends on experience, qualification and education.
