Operational Data Analyst and Capacity Planner (f/m/x)

YOUR JOB

Join our PMO team and play a key role in steering high-impact initiatives to success. Whether it’s optimizing resource planning, enabling data-driven decisions, or driving process excellence — your expertise will make a real difference. As a central interface, you maintain an overview of all ongoing and planned IT projects and stay up to date through continuous communication with the teams and management.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Responsibility for resource planning (capacity & demand evaluation, process maintenance, team staffing)

  • Analyzing and interpreting various project and company data

  • Ensuring data quality of all relevant sources that are required for operative reporting

  • Keeping an overview of all ongoing and upcoming projects

YOUR SKILLS

  • Completed education with a business or technical background

  • Professional experience (2+ years) in a similar position (e.g. PMO, Project Controlling)

  • Experience in resource management

  • Knowledge in data management, statistics and predictive analytics

  • Very good Excel skills, knowledge of VBA is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills in English (at least B2 level)

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full-time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 53,802 gross/year for this position.
